2026 年 9 月 15 日 諮商輔導中心

為協助新生了解自身身心適應狀態、認識心理健康資源，諮商輔導中心辦理「新生入班心理健康關懷活動」。

一、活動對象：日間部五專護理科、日間部二技護理系及日間部四技新生
⚠️ 本活動為上述新生必要參加，請各班務必配合辦理。

二、活動內容：

  1. 「大專院校學生心理健康關懷量表」及「UCAN大專校院就業職能量表」施測暨解測
  2. 新生生活適應等心理健康宣導
  3. 諮商輔導中心資源及服務介紹

三、活動時間：2026年10月1日至10月30日
每班安排兩節課時間進行。

四、活動地點：各班授課教室、G棟電腦教室或其他適合之教室。

五、活動申請：敬請各班導師協助確認班上同學時間，並請班代代表班級於2026年9月30日前填寫線上申請表，以利安排施測時間及場地。

To help first-year students better understand their psychological and physical adjustment to college life and become familiar with available mental health resources, the Counseling Center will conduct the “First-Year Student In-Class Mental Health Support and Awareness Activity.”

I. Participants
First-year students in the following programs of the Daytime Division:

  • Five-Year Junior College Program in Nursing
  • Two-Year Technical Program in Nursing
  • Four-Year Technical Program

⚠️ Participation in this activity is mandatory for all students listed above. All classes are required to participate and cooperate with the arrangements.

II. Activity Content

  1. Administration and interpretation of the College Student Mental Health Screening Scale and the UCAN University/College Student Employability Competency Assessment
  2. Mental health information and guidance on adjustment to college life
  3. Introduction to the Counseling Center’s resources and services

III. Activity Period
October 1–30, 2026
Each class will be scheduled for two class periods.

IV. Venue
The classroom where the class is held, Computer Classroom in Building G, or another suitable classroom.

V. Application

Homeroom teachers are kindly requested to assist with the application process. The class representative should complete the online application form on behalf of the class by September 30, 2026, so that the activity time and venue can be arranged.
